The Final FY2024 Hospice Payment Rule and Related Provisions of Interest

As part of the fiscal year (FY) 2024 final Hospice Payment Rule, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) is providing a 3.1% payment update and is finalizing policies related to hospice certifying physicians and use of telehealth for the hospice face-to-face encounter. NAHC’s hospice experts will explore these and other provisions of the final rule and will also share with attendees proposals included in the proposed calendar year (CY) Physician Payment Rule that have implications for provider enrollment and Part D prescribing practices.
