Providence Medical Center Home Health and Hospice
Providence Medical Center Home Health Care is a professional health service prescribed by the physician and provided in the home of the patient. Its purpose is to prevent illness or to improve and restore health by bringing quality care to people in their homes.
With the support and guidance of Home Health Care staff, patients are able to come home from the hospital earlier and receive continued monitoring and medical treatment under the direction of their doctor. Home Health Care is designed to reduce the time you spend in the hospital by allowing you to recuperate at home surrounded by friendly faces. For those who have been hospitalized the words, ‘Welcome Home!’ are comforting.
You can feel confident welcoming Home Health Care staff into your home. We take special care to make sure all home health care professionals are thoroughly screened and oriented. The Home Health Care Agency is state-licensed, Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, and all care is carefully supervised by Registered Nurses under the direction of a physician.
