Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation
The Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation is a non-profit, national consortium of home health care providers and organizations. The Alliance invests in research and education about home health care and its ability to deliver quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care across the care continuum. The mission is to support research and education on the value home health care can offer to patients and the health care system. The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is an active member of the Alliance, participating in a variety of workgroup activities. www.ahhqi.org
Disability and Aging Collaborative

Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign
Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign is a CMS funded initiative dedicated to improving the quality of care provided to home health patients. The Campaign offers evidence based tools, data reports and ongoing educational opportunities to home health agencies and their caregivers free of charge. The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is an HHQI partner, serving on the Stakeholder Work Committee to provide input on HHQI Campaign strategies and educational materials, identify sharing opportunities and assist in participant recruitment efforts. www.homehealthquality.org
Joint Commission: Professional and Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC)
The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit organization that accredits and certifies health care organizations and programs in the United States. The National Association for Home Care & Hospice serves on the Joint Commission’s PTAC, representing home health and hospice providers by offering recommendations on standards, and advice and information on developments in home care. www.jointcommission.org
Heading 2 Leadership Council of Aging Organizations (LCAO)
The LCOA is a large coalition of the nation’s non-profit organizations serving older Americans. Our 68 member association is diverse and dedicated to preserving and strengthening the well-being of America’s older population. The NUBC is an organization under the auspices of the American Hospital Association (AHA) whose responsibility is to develop, promote, and maintain a uniform standard data set and format(s) which can be used by the institutional health care community (which includes home health and hospice) to transmit related charge and claim information to all third-party payers. Representation is from national provider and payer organizations, standard setting organizations, state associations, and research and public health agencies. The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) holds a seat on the NUBC, representing home care and hospice organizations. www.nubc.org
