Join us in Chicago for the 2021 Financial Management Conference
Save the Date: August 1-3, 2021

Washington, D.C. — The National Association for Home Care & Hospice and the Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association will host the 2021 Financial Management Conference (FMC), August 1-3, 2021 in Chicago, Illinois.

The decision to return to an in-person conference this year was not taken lightly. With the increasing availability of COVID-19 vaccines and feedback provided to NAHC in a recent survey of past attendees and exhibitors, we have decided to proceed as scheduled and return to the Sheraton Grand Chicago this August.

We are committed to creating a safe return to in-person meetings. Throughout this process, we will follow CDC guidelines to comply with COVID safety measures to make sure that every aspect of the meeting is conducted safely.

For those who prefer to attend the conference remotely, all sessions will be recorded. There will be two registration types offered, in-person and digital. Regardless of your registration selection, all registrants will receive access to the recorded sessions.

What should you expect from FMC 2021?

Choose from 28 best-in-class education sessions on the most important and timely topics, and taught by the most trusted experts in the industry. In other words, you can expect what you’ve come to expect – the premier conference in the industry for C-suite executives and financial managers.

If you’ve been to FMC before, you know attending is the best way to enhance both your career and your agency’s bottom line. If you’ve always wanted to attend FMC, but couldn’t find the time or afford the travel, this is your chance to access the top experts in home care and hospice and to share knowledge with the current and future leaders of the industry.

More information on FMC 2021 will be available by mid-April.
